Good ways to clean solar photovoltaic (pv) mesh belt

Aswe all know, mesh belts will rust after a long period of using, some peopleadvised that it can be cleaned by acid washing paste. Practice showed that itis feasible ,then how can we clean it by this way?

Acidwashing paste can raise the smooth finish of solar photovoltaic (pv) mesh beltby forming a layer of dense entire adhesion of passivation film on the surface,by which we can prolong the service life of the equipment. Thespecific operations are as follows:

1.    Painting the acid washing paste on the surfaceof the belt, thickness：0.5-2mm

2.The reaction time is about3 to 10 minutes, it should be prolonged below 0°or under the scalecinder.

3.It is better to wipe several times during the process, and then wash down thescale cinder with clean water (lime water or lye is  optional) to avoid re-rusting.

4.If the acid washing paste is acidic, don’t pour it away. It can be used aftershaking or mixing up.
